Box, 206155 New Haven, CT, 06520".This amount will be deductible from your balance, due October 17, 2008.

I confirm that I am the member of the faculty responsible for supervising those students who will be attending Yale Model United Nations XXXV in all aspects of preparation for and attendance at the conference.
